An Isabella Dent did die in Liverpool in Q/E Mar 1887 - but her birth year was out - (gives it as about 1833) - so may not be the correct Isabella.

Isabella Dent buried 13 March 1887, Anfield Cemetery
Age 54 years
Abode 87 Duke Street

Following on from reply #13, the death of Ann Chapman 1861, address Dennis Street.

1851, Walmgate, York
John Chapman, 56, cork cutter
together with his wife Ann and five children, including Isabella, 9.

1841
St Dennis Street, York
same family

Here is a large scale OS Town Plan of 1852 showing Walmgate running NW-SE and St Dennis Street running off it to the SW towards the river. In view of what is posted below have a look at the pubs along Walmgate. Going NW from the St Dennis Street junction past the Lord Nelson, the Moon and the Duke of York you will see the Five Lions on the north side of the street and the Britannia Inn just a little further along on the south side.

3 June 1854: Yorkshire Gazette
Quote
DEATH BY FALLING DOWN STAIRS.—On Holy Thursday, Mr. Chapman, 60 years of age, cork cutter, of this city, was present at the annual parish dinner of St. Dennis, held this year at the Britannia Inn, Walmgate. Between eight and nine o'clock Mr. Chapman left the party, and in coming down stairs he slipped and fell to the bottom of the steps. He was conveyed home, and Mr. Moore, surgeon, was called in, when he found that Mr. Chapman was severely injured upon the back and the left ribs, and there was a cut on the back part of his head. He lingered in great suffering until about six o'clock on Monday morning last, when he died of effusion of blood upon the brain, caused by falling down stairs. During the day an inquest was held at the Five Lions Inn, Walmgate, and the jury found a verdict of "Accidental death."
