Is this a church marriage?, I did know how to check this but somehow my mind has gone blank
Are Lewisham church  records for  March qtr  1972online yet?

The ref is just the GRO ref & not an indicator for a church/civil marriage.  For that period it's likely you would have to buy the cert for more info

I have been asked  to solve a big problem with this family, found a death in 2018 and a possible will,  but doesn't show her birth which is causing a problem for me, the person is ordering  the will so hopefully it might solve a problem

I will pass this info on regards the marriage  and let the person deal with it, I don't actually know this woman so I am not going to order a certificate yet.

I have checked all the online resources I am aware of and none have parish register details later than 1936 for Lewisham. Bear in mind there are several parishes in the Borough of Lewisham, and even more within the area covered by Lewisham Register Office.

Thank you Andy, thought it was a long shot as it is I suppose relatively  recent, .
I trawled  though many a parish records for years in London but never needed recent years.
