Lancelot Rouse, where are you?

I have a manifest for Lancelot Rouse - "REJECTED", whatever that means, of 92 St Urbain St, Montreal. He was seemingly heading to stay with his uncle, George Sampson, in Jersey City, in 1924.
What happened to Lancelot after this? I crave to know his future and (hopefully) his descendants.

I'm so delighted that he has 12 lovely great-grandchildren.
It was really his stepfather, Liebert, that I was after, but after all, Liebert sounds to have been a succesfull father, or perhaps stepfather.

Yes, it sounds to be the right person.
Liebert worked on ships, and later as a sailmaker, etc; he married Lancelot's mother.
