It is the death of an unnamed son.
The 10th September 1779 at 10pm, a son of Louis Philippart and Marie Joseph Gobert died in Tonni and was buried on the 12th. The part that looks like 'Barbara' is, I think, information about the burial location.
The mother died the next day (hence the 11th) and was also buried on the 12th.
