6th March 1813, baptisms of Thomas and William sons of William and Elizabeth of Mason Street, he is a labourer. It doesn't say they're twins. In most cases where I have seen "batch" baptisms of siblings they are usually listed in age order with oldest first.

We know Thomas and James are brothers (1871 census)

In 1871 Thomas is unmarried and we think that James would have married about 1843-4, based on age of first child and relatively young age of wife Eliza (which is fairly consistent throughout censuses). Therefore both brothers would be unmarried in 1841 and possibly living with parents.
