Great work, I am very grateful to you. However was that her address after she married? I would like her address between about 1984 (aged 18) and 2006 when she was definitely married. In other words her husbands current address.

That type of info cannot be posted for the reasons shown above. 

You have her husbands name so you can use www.192.com to find him.  If he is not responding to your emails - that could be interpreted as either the sister or the husband does not want contact - although it would have been better for them to tell you that rather than just ignore your emails.  At least you would have an explanation

As she only died in 2023 - her address should be on her death cert.

Buy a copy of the death cert then write to that address - hopefully the family will still be there

Given that the lady's birth seems to have been re-registered in some way a number of years later, and noting when, is the marriage of her parents likely to be the one in Sep qtr 1972, Ince, vol 10c page 1606? 
Those are GRO references.
Lancs BMD says Ince Register Office or Registrar Attended.
