There are no other entries with this name. The rest of the family are just ditto (do)

What year is it from?  Can you look up births for the children or marriages somehow

How has it been transcribed just out of interest

I believe this says Windridge
1901 census Piece 3740/ Folio 129/ page 11 (deduced from the file name of the snip)
