Am I missing something in the 1911 and 1921 censuses?

Hi Lizzie, yes I have, had had it all copied and sent to me, but sadly it doesn't explain why he (apparently) missed the 1921 census! As I said before, he's on the electoral rolls for Bath in that year and in Nov was in a pageant at the Albert Hall, but I've got no other information for 1921 at all.

He's taken up the wrong profession. He should have been a doctor with handwriting like that 

There's not much wrong with that signature, many signatures are much more undecipherable !
