A*'s attempt on the first page, I am quite impressed by it. There are obvious flaws, but ... It's a good start for manual transciption.

In the Name of God Amen I. Barneis Enduring of God savee Dicary in the Court of my Lord Godman and of a sound and disposing of mind memory and understanding do make and ordain this to be my last will and Testament in manner and for my purpose part of my and desire unto my Dear son Thomas my son all that I possess of Dignidade or Tenement and the Blood of produced land of the same more or less in the same a adjoining strate and lying in the said Dignidade aforesaid and the common Distant North and East and in my own occupation and care and part of Edward which and where there is one of them and also all that one and of a flooded land of the same more or less lying in the said Dignidade aforesaid with the common East and in my own lands which was also in my own occupation and volute of a purchased of the Drowned Christopher Wimmines Clerk and also all that other Drowned Dignidade or Tenements and all those seven acres be the same more or less of Flooded land and partings ground strate and lying in the said Dignidade Sharp aforesaid not next the said Drowned and six part part North and Strate and being in a Drowned field there called Rose fields next lands of the Drowned of the said Drowned aforesaid in part and lands of Edward poll in part North strate drawn about East and two gate. You beat me to it, that’s pretty amazing, I might spring some of my hard earned cash on that. I have lots of typescripts that traditional ocr does a pretty poor job on. So if it can transcribe that ….

I got the Ancestry function to work briefly and it transcribed the first page and apart from reading Giddings as Gulliver, it looks quite good.  Just trying to get the other 2 pages done, but it does not seem to work very often.
