 I have said it before and I will say it again - you are all wonderful !  Your have provided more than ever I could hope for.     I am doing the FH for a friend and had said I doubt I will be able to get back to the original Landucci from Italy  -  but it appears you might have done just that.      I have successfully completed (as far as I am going to) her other 3 lines, back to 1700's, but this Landucci line was frustrating me.    I did research for a related family member which was one of my FH lines but researched for her particular family lines and that included moulders / carvers of stone originally from Italy (Enrico Cantoni and Romola Landi two of the names) and I found so much information on them including from newspapers and articles online.

On Monday 24 June 1895 a George Landucci born 1848 was admitted to Woolaston House Workhouse from Newport. He was a wood and stone carver, Roman Catholic.
