I wonder if they knew that John Banks ELLIOTT was not legally married to Araba ESSUON. I've not been able to find anything about her i don't know if she was also Gérard Barton ELLIOTT s mother

It occurs to me that he may have been legally married in Ghana first to the mother of Gerard B ELLIOTT in which case his marriages in England would have been his 2nd &  3rd marriages OR  bigamous

Either way the mother of the very venerable canon Clement Henry ELLIOTT would not be very happy
