Kathleen - Who is she?

I am trying to discover who this lady is. The only clue is the name "Kathleen", which is written on the front of this old family photograph.

She is likely to be from the South Yorkshire areas of Rotherham, Sheffield or Doncaster. Other than that, I know nothing about her. Thank you.

thanks for the information. It is just as likely to be a non relation as it is a blood relation.
