Welcome to RootsChat.
We would like to help, but you would need to provide some information.
What is the document? Where is it from?
Who are the names of the people concerned?
Do you have them in a census? Where?
Provide a fuller clip of the document so it is possible to see full words / sentences and compare letter formation.

Milligan - Jardine – Glencross – Dinwoodie - Brown: (Dumfriesshire & Kirkcudbrightshire)
Clark – Faulds – Cuthbertson – Bryson – Wilson: (Ayrshire & Renfrewshire)
Neale – Cater – Kinder - Harrison: (Warwickshire & Queensland)
Roberts - Spry: (Cornwall, Middlesex & Queensland)
Munster: (Schleswig-Holstein & Queensland) and Plate: (Braunschweig, Neubruck & Queensland & New York)

Welcome to RootsChat from me also  :)

I think the clip is from the birth of their daughter Mary Elizabeth in 1874 in Scotland.  Hopefully this is a clearer image.   I can't see a 1872 marriage for the parents
