I have transcribed the first nine lines to help get you started with your reading.

It won't be the work of a moment to transcribe the whole will, and it's unlikely that anyone will be too keen to take it on.

Also, from a very quick scan through it appears that this William didn't have a wife or children.  (Don't quote me on this.)

If you have a particular interest in the contents (such as "Does he mention X?" or "What is his relationship to Y?"), then please let us know now.

Hi, thanks for that. I'm really struggling with the names on this  will. This  must be an aquired skill.  Regarding William Northway you are indeed correct he is indeed a bachelor. It would appear to me that he is quite a wealthy man. As the bequests he makes of £500 for example are the equivalent of £ 75-80000 in today's money.
I am particularly interested in how he set up a fund to pay annually a sum to the 3 oldest single men in Thatcham. Also he set up a fund to buy bread annually for poor of the parish.
Anyway you have given me good start.
I shall persevere and hopefully it should get easier the more I do.
Thanks again.
Paul

I'm happy to look further at names or anything else which is giving you trouble. Just post a clip or identify the location.
