I was wondering if Louisa was born between Charles Arthur (about 1827) and Harriet Adelaide (about 1830) and maybe she could be this Anne Louiza Mitchell, spinster, independent, who died on 11 May 1903 aged 73, abode 11 Fitzgibbon Street, North Dublin.
