I wonder if Colbrond might actually be Selbrond. Compare the initial letter with the S in Sprakleyn.

It does appear to resemble an Se in the probate.

The names in the probate are also witnesses in the Will, which made me think it was a C, but now I'm not so sure

Proved on 29 January (not 30).

Line 2 … testiu(m) &c

I would go for Sprakleye or Sprakleyes.

Like Vance, I think it's Selbrond in the probate, Colbrand in the will, but different hands, and neither is a signature, so it's down to the interpretation of two different clerks.
