Yes, those are their children, except your list omits John 1809, James 1822, and James 1826, and also the final John was 1834, not 1835.

The parish records go back tp 1780s - transcripts on RootsIreland.  You will probably need to invest in a subscription as they have material that is not available on Anc*stry.

Hi Wexflyer,   Thanks a million.    Got the lot for this matches background but Now to work out how she relates to me. 

I have two Kelly connections - this one and another that has a number of inter-connected matches and that one goes to Louth and the Regiments in Dandalk.    It looks very likely to be a mystery link I have been hunting down for ages.

Thanks Aghadowey.   Like I said it was an Ancestry search that wasn't a baptism record.  Just a date of birth and year only.  So whatever transpired I cannot help.   i am satisfied with what i now have from here.  Thanks again.

I think your are missing the point I was making so perhaps I should make it cleaner.
Civil registration of births in Ireland started in 1864. Before that date there was no registration of births. Therefore the birth 'record' you found on Ancestry cannot be a birth registered under civil registration and thus no registration of quarters apply.
