Confusing Birthplace Name - 1851 Census

I'm trying to figure out the birthplace of my 4th great grandfather Elisha Kinsey.  His 1851 Census data has his birthplace listed as what looks like ... Staffordshire, Webstanty (see attached photo). 

I can't figure out what 'Webstanty' refers to... maybe I'm reading it wrong.

Any suggestions as to location?

There’s a christening with a matching date at Keele, Staffordshire, and a Geneanet tree has his birthplace as Wolstanton.

Added: the christening record for Elisha Kinsey 1799 has his parents as Israel Kinsey and Alice Pepper. Although Israel seems to have been baptised in Leek, his marriage and his death are recorded in Wolstanton.

SUDDEN DEATH.—On Monday evening last, as Elisha Kinsey, a labourer, aged 54, who had been living in the Dudley-road, was attending a private meeting in Bell Chapel, Wednesfield Heath, and was standing and speaking in his usual health, he fell down and suddenly expired.

Wolstanton does seem likely and I'll look into that.

I have seen his death report in the newspaper... such a sudden way to pass away.

Elishas Burial is on FreeREG 18 Sep 1853, age 54, Occup. Minister

Israel and Alice married 06 May 1781 St Margaret Wolstanton

Now there is another Marriage same Church quite a bit later to Sarah BIRCH 11 Apr 1814
Israel a Widower, Sarah a spinster

On FreeREG also bapt of MORIAH 08 Aug 1790 to Israel/Alice

ISRAEL was buried 25 Apr 1838 age 81, abode Knutton Heath

I was hoping to identify Bell Chapel on an old map, but the maps of that area at NLS are relatively late. This is the only clue that I have found:

Foreign Intelligence.
CHANGES.—The Norfolk Chronicle says, "Bell Chapel, Wednesfield-heath, Wolverhampton, formerly a Huntingdonian and latterly a Methodist place of worship, was opened for Divine service under license from the Bishop of the diocese on Sunday, being intended to be used as a Chapel of ease to Wednesfield Church."

Unless there was a local place in Wolstanton with a name that looks like 'Wolstanty' (the 'o' looks like 'e' - see Staffordshire on the left - and the 'b' could also be an 'ls'), I think the person who wrote the information was meant to write Wolstanton, because Elisha's brother Joseph, born c. 2 years before him, was born in Wolstanton, according to the 1851 Census

Is it likely that Alice Pepper would have used the name Lucy or should I be looking elsewhere?

Apologies, I think this is my fault, I conflated records as I was composing my post. You are correct that the christening record says Lucy, even though everything else points to the mother being Alice Pepper. I suppose it is possible that she called herself Lucy at that time.
