Tollemache Family - help with dating

I have this family photo which has a date of 1859 noted. Can anyone confirm that the date looks right  by way of the clothing, quality and content.

An interesting picture, looks like an artistic exhibit, they do appear occasionally.
I don't believe it's 1859 more likely 1860's.
