Hi,
Samuel John Pask death was recorded as suicide in 1868 in Basingstoke, he was found drowned in a canal. His inquest was held at The Rising Sun Public house (Thats what The news article says ),the coroner was Spencer Clarke ESQ, Just wondering if there is anyway i can get a copy of the inquest ,
Any help would be great
Many Thanks

In case you have not seen them there are reports of his death in the newspapers.  His coat and vest were on the canal path and he was in the water.

Inquest result was 'Found Drowned'

It looks as though he was in financial difficulty
Census information is Crown Copyright, from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk
