Help requested with two words in a 1650 text.
« on: Saturday 18 October 25 16:54 BST (UK) »
Hi,

Please can anyone help with two words in a 1650 text ?

My best effort is:

He was a man of great piety towards God of strict inxxxx and had [?] charity towards men. He died in the year 1644 and was buried in the vault of the Parish Church of St. Mildred in the Poultry in London.

As always, thanks in advance for any comments/suggestions/ideas.
