Thank you, wow what a life this man has had.   Le Heinsworth an assumed name.

The maintenance of his daughter Joan Helen is to the education dept, so feel she is not the daughter of Grace But cannot see a birth

To date I've turned up Le Hainsworth, Le Hainesworth, Hainsworth, Heinsworth, Le Heinsworth, Heinworth- and in 2 instances the "Le" becomes "De".

Have been checking the Ontario papers on line - without success.

This site has them in their pedigrees. https://www.thelockedjournal.com/webs/pedigrees/1385.html

But I cannot verify the two older children at all other than we know from the maintenance order Joan Helen existed.

And there was a child Marion BILBY born to a Grace on 23 Feb 1923  but no father named on the index. So probably not on the record at all.

And Donald was born on 20 July 1929. Considering she filed for desertion October 1928 and did not name Gerald on the birth it seems to me Donald could well not be Gerald’s

In addition to what is in tree Grace’s second marriage ended in divorce too 1976.

Thanks for this, certainly a very odd person.   Running from the law in NZ, for marriage problems, then changes his name.

I see his 1954 grave is military. So shouldn’t he be here?
