Free BMD shows Liverpool N and Lancs BMD shows Kirkdale subdistrict. I see that a tree shows Wallasey as place  of birth..

Wallasey is wrong and one of the reasons why this announcement is useful.

Just found it too - Levens Street.

Wallasey is obviously wrong according to the birth registration indexes!

The postem on FreeBMD is from 11 October 2025
Wrong place of birth as Wallasey was corrected on wiki same day.
