Stumped on a couple of words in this first line.

Item I geve unto my c(o)usen Edward Bro(o)ke sixte(e)ne shillings to be paide w(i)thin one? ye(a)r and the .... owe to my daughter Allice presently after my decease.

And I do make & ord(a)yne Mary my lovi(n)ge wyfe sole Execturix of this my laste will & testament & Wyllyam Brooke my brother overseer. In wyttnes(s) whereof I have hereunto putte my hande & seale this XXVIIᵗʰ of May 1621
