Could someone please tell me how to stop the edges of these images being chopped off when printing them out.

Before you finally click on  PRINT, there should be an option such as 'fit to page'.   Do look at all the other options there as you might find one or more of them useful for your specific requirements.  You are trying to print a non A4 sized document on A4 paper.
