Harry Merwin Shedd 1912-1996

Harry Merwin Jnr Shedd born 13 Dec 1912 at Lexington, Fayette, Kentucky, died 23 Jan 1996 Running Springs, San Bernardino, California. He married Betty Doris Heiskell 27 Jan 1961 at Dallas Texas, but he also (I think) married Montine P Park (b29 Jan 1914 - d27 Jul 1958).

My puzzle is that in the 1930 Census he is living at 548 West Fourth Str, Reno, Washoe, Nevada and his relationship to the head of the household is stepson. His step-father is Cliff De Bock Kennard (1886-1957).

Who,then is his birth father?

The 1940 census for his father, records him as divorced.

His mother Florence married Clifford Kennard in 1924, Lexington.

This is where I am getting tangled. Florence Miller, born 1891 in Pennsylvania, married 1911 to someone.
Now in 1924 she is married to Clifford K(de Bock) Kennard.

He married Montine Park 5 Sep 1940. Then Betty Doris Heiskell 27 Jan 1961.

Betty had married Jerry Alvin Cox three times in Texas!
20 Feb 1948, 5 Mar 1952,  16 April 1957; before her marriage on 27 Jan 1961 to Harry Merwin Shedd Jnr.
