That is the first place I would have recommended. I don't know of any better.
Did you use modern day Google maps to narrow down the cross streets? From the looks of it, you'd have to know the former names of two of them.
On the other hand, I have sometimes used his site and run into the same problem - the street number or the street itself is just not in the ED.
I guess you could try choosing ED Description (transcribed) instead of the census pages themselves and see if that helps.

It looks like the one he points to, ED 135, for Bond Street has the odd numbered side of the street, but not the even. You could look for a map of the ED's and see which one was across the street. Or try the ED numbered before and after 135.
Try the same for W. 113th. Tedious and not always successful.
