Belgium marriage request

I’m looking for a marriage for Maria Rachel Annais Philippart. Maria was born 1st April 1910 Bruxelles to Desire Maurice Philippart & Marie Louise Legrand (I have her birth certificate) I’m assuming she would have married sometime between 1920/25 in Nivelles/Thines were the family moved to. The only info I can give on her husband was his name was Arthur ….? I’m aware this is a difficult one but any help appreciated. Thank you.

According to the Belgium state archives their civil registration records online only go up to 1920.

On the family search catalogue the records for Nivelles do not cover such a recent date.
