Spots on photograph

Could someone tell me what these spots are and what i should do about it? Not sure if it's mold, foxing or something else entirely!
Botterill and Lydon- Yorkshire area
Cox, Nailard and Thorpe - Sussex

Unfortunately, t’s impossible to say without examining the original. If the spots are part of the photographic image, the white ones are the result of dirt on the negative and the black ones damage to the photographic emulsion on the negative.
