Marriage of Richard Windmill and Ann, bef. 1769 Publow, Somerset.

Having difficulty finding this marriage.
I have these children:

MARY WINDMILL 4 FEB 1769 PUBLOW to: RICHARD AND ANN
ANGEL WINDMILL 4 FEB 1769 PUBLOW to: RICHARD AND ANN
RICHARD WINDMILL 1763 PENSFORD to: RICHARD AND ANN

The transcription on Ancestry gives Mary Angel Windmill as one person, but the record clearly says 'daughters'. Can't find a marriage for Richard and Ann anywhere. Any help/suggestions gratefully received.

John bap 23 December 1761 son of Richard - at Publow

Rachel bap. 1764   daughter of Richard and Ann - Pensford

Phoebe bap 9 May 1767 daughter of Richard and Ann -- at Publow

Richard  bap. 29  October 1773 son of Richard - at Pensford

I changed Denis to daughter as I put son and it doesn't say son on the transcription.

There is a bap for a Richard Winmill at Publow 10 December ?? Book is 1653-1758

son of George and Denis.

So I think Denis is female today we would spell it Denise

Did any of the Windmill/Winmill family leave a will?

Have you tried the Somerset Records Office, any mention of the family that could give you any clues?
