Could someone do a look up for me, looking for William J.A.E. Russett or any of his family believed to be in Bristol.
I know that he married Caroline M Henderson there in 1920.

William John Arthur Ernest Russett was born late 1897 - birth registered Bedminster reg district
Mothers maiden surname May

GRO have his birth registered in December quarter 1897 in Bedminster RD - mother's maiden name given as May.  I can't readily see a marriage via FreeBMD between Russett and May.

The only census entry I can see is 1921 plus 1939 Register in Bristol.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

In 1911 Charles, Rose and children are at Maze Street, Bristol (6 sons 2 daughters)

William is listed as Arthur Ernest

Also as Arthur E in 1901 at 22 Queen Ann Road, Bristol with parents and siblings

Death - 22 September 1967 - address 37 Cleveland Avenue, Weymouth.  Probate to Caroline May - widow and Margaret May Joan Moors - £9147.  Information from National Probate Calender (image at Ancestry).

Ancestry have the image of his marriage to Caroline May Henderson - 28 February 1920.
