John Tilly is listed as Shoemaker in 1841 and Cordwainer in 1851. You suggest he was ag. lab?
There is a record of John Tilly, master cordwainer taking an apprentice, but that was probably his father.

You asked what made her move South and I suggested that she could have been a servant

I dont think theres any mention on the census of her being a servant. She seems to stay in the Boughton under Blean area her whole life. Her husband was an agricultural labourer from the area.

She married in 1820 so I replied

She did not appear on a census prior to her 1820 marriage.  :-\.
