Thanks for your reply and information I also found for Thomas Herbert and Lucy Alexander a marriage bond record in St Michael Le Belfrey Church  York in that church's parish register then a Marriage in Knightsbridge chapel  London

For Lucy the daughter of Thomas Herbert and Lucy Herbert née Alexander no Baptism but a marriage in St Margarets Church to John Frost her first marriage.  Then a second marriage for Lucy Herbert to William Herbert in St Michael Le Belfrey Church York.

I think William Herbert was from St Pierre in Caldicott Monmouthshire.

William and Lucy's children were baptised in St Clement Danes Church London I descend from there son Vere Herbert baptised 1674 a twin to William Herbert baptised 1674.
