I can't see any parish records for this chapel before 1658. There is a published transcript on Ancestry ...

Can you please say where your information regarding the 1632 marriage comes from?

The original records for this chapel that do survive are at Westminster Archives, catalogued under Holy Trinity, Knightsbridge.

FindMyPast have 4 transcriptions of this marriage information - Britain Marriage Licences - Boyd's Marriages - 2 instances in British Marriage Licences giving date of birth as 1608.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Thanks, BumbleB, for posting the details of the licence that was issued for the marriage.

There are no registers for the chapel at that date, so if the daughter Lucie was baptised in that chapel, the record will not be found. However, she could have been baptised more or less anywhere. People of this social class were extremely mobile, and I would suggest looking further afield.

ADDED
Other possible children for this couple were baptised in the 1640s at St Margaret, Westminster, but not Lucy.

Thank you Bookbox.

The transcription does say that Thomas Herbert, Esq. is from Hammonhead, Yorkshire and that Lucy's father is Sir Walter Alexander - no location stated.

Thank you for letting me know where to find the records for the Knightsbridge Chapel at Westminster Archives catalogued under  Holy Trinity Church, Knightsbridge.  and thank you for the link I will have a look and Thomas Herbert born 1606 in York married Lucy Alexander daughter of Walter Alexander and Ann Alexander née Foulkes. Walter and Ann lived in York Road in London and Thomas and Lucy Herbert née Alexander lived with them in this house after they married in 1632 with there children.

I have the Baptism records for Thomas and Lucy's children some in St Margarets Church Westminster and two in St Michael Le Belfrey Church York except for there daughter Lucy I can't find.

Lucy first marriage was to a John Frost 9 Feb 1653 source in St Margarets Church Parish Register. Both of this parish as I have looked at St Margarets Church records for her Baptism I think she must have been baptised in Knightsbridge chapel.

Lucy's second marriage was to William Herbert in St Michael Le Belfrey Church York.

Thanks
Elizlloyd
