Looking for a mention of Barnwell/Barnwall surname in Limavady

Any idea of dates? There are Barnwell/Barnwall births (from 1864),marriages(from 1845), deaths (from 1864) registered in Ireland but none in Newtownlimavady or Limavady district.

The title says "Barnwall estate limavady" to where does 'estate' come in?

I also checked the 1831 census (which survives for CoDerry) for both Barnwell & Barnwall with no results showing-

Added- there is a Barnwell Estate but it's in Northamptonshire in England.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
