Sarah HAWES from Brill, Buckinghamshire.
« on: Tuesday 09 September 25 13:46 BST (UK) »
Sarah HAWES born 1851, Brill, Buckinghamshire.  [ Thame registration district ].

Daughter of William HAWES and Ann POINTER

She married Edward HALL in Brill, in 1870
[ Edward had also been known as Edward SHURROCK, s/o John SHURROCK]

Unfortunately Edward died in 1874 and post that event, I have not been able to find Sarah HALL, in census and or subsequent BMD registrations.

Two potential marriages, in the Thame registration district, were identified.
One to a George SLATTER and the other to a Joseph SAWYER;
Both have been discounted, on variances with wife birthplace and ages (as recorded ).

Consequently, my enquiry; Are there any researchers, into this particular HAWES line, in Brill ?
Who may have possible information, to share or who can provide direction, to further my research ?

My thanks in advance,

 Brian E 1

Rosie 99;

Thank you so much for your responses, indeed this does appear to be the lady I was searching for.

To be be truthful I had concentrated my research in county and really should have expanded farther.
Brackley, where she married, is/was not too far from Brill.

Once again my thanks for your assistance;

Brian E 1
