Hi, not sure where to put this but ...

What are people thoughts about this, the handwriting is not too bad but ...

This is from the St Vigeans, Angus, Scotland, OPR

Looks like Barbraw Miln Cuthle? and is she 9 or 91?

And any local knowledge to where Cuthle might be?

   Thanks very much, not thinking laterally enough, think Google is getting worse at doing it for you, either that or I am getting worse 🙃. Arbirlot as the Parish makes a lot of sense too.
