lying dispersedly in the well-known Fields of WHADDON aforesaid, now in the Tenure of Mr. William Bent, at a Rent capable of very considerable Increase. The Household-Furniture and Stock in Trade are in capital Condition, and the Land possesses the great Advantage of being in a State of good Cultivation, with a Right of Common on Whaddon Chase, without Stint. The Sale of the Furniture will commence at Ten o'Clock precisely.
