Elizabeth and young George are on  the 1911, 1921,census living with her family.
What were the names of her parents? Were there any siblings listed in either census?
Parents George and Margaret Pirie Farmer
Siblings Anne, Alexander,  John

There was an email sent to a city in Australia from an Albert Innes looking for information on his grandfather  Andrew Inness.  So this indicates that George had a child called Albert.
How do you know that Andrew Innes didn't have any other children who could have been the father of Albert?

He left Scotland in 1909 no record or any other obvious  children

Did Elzabeth Pirie marry?   Did George Marry or cohabit  and have children.
George John Innes died in 1991  mother listed as PiriE St Turriff.
You would need to get a copy of his death certificate, which should name his parents, including his mother's married name if she did marry, and his wife/wives. You can't see this online as it's less than 50 years ago, but you can order a copy from Scotland's People.

Quote
Will the death certificate show children?
No.

Quote
Would a local newspaper carry death or funeral details?
It might, but accessing it online may not be easy as it's relatively recent. The most likely newspaper would be the Aberdeen Press and Journal, or maybe the Turriff Advertiser.

Thanks
Does the death certificate state where buried please

Regards ajenn

Elizabeth Jane Pirie or Ironside died in Old Meldrum in 1971 aged 77. You can view this certificate online. It will tell you the full names of both her parents including her mother's maiden surname.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

That doesn't necessarily mean that he didn't have any! :)

However .... a George John Innes married Jeanie Smith in Turriff in 1933. You can view the marriage certificate, which will tell you the couple's ages and the full names of both sets of parents, including their mothers' maiden surnames and any other surnames.

There are three births of Innes children in Turriff with mother's maiden surname Smith
Elizabeth Mary, 1935; George William, 1939; and Albert Henry, 1946. You can't view these online as they are all less than 100 years ago, but you can order copies from SP. It's also possible that there were more children whose mother's maiden surname was not found in the search I did.

George William Innes, mother's surname Smith, died in Huntly in 2019 aged 79. There is a brief announcement in the Aberdeen Press and Journal of 3 December 2019: "INNES Very suddenly, at Dawson Court, Turriff, on Tuesday, November 26, 2019, George (Dod) Innes, aged 79 years, a brother, father, grandfather and friend. Funeral at Royal British Legion, Turriff, on Friday, December 6, at 11.30am, thereafter to Turriff Cemetery (bowling club car park gate). All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only."

Thank you for that information.

I am feeling, without proof, That Albert Henry Innes could very well be the Albert I am looking for.

The email he has sent was in 2013 so it possible he is still alive as he would be 79 years old.
He included an email which I responded but no answer and a phone number, but sadly no actual address.

I should state that I am doing this research for my good friend whose grandfather was James Inness after he came to Australia.

Yes, it looks fairly likely that he is your man.

There is no matching death registration so far in Scotland, so either he is still living or, if he has died, he didn't die in Scotland.

What were the first four digits of the phone number after the zero?
