Anyone point me in the right place where I could obtain a copy of his baptismal certificate as he was a Catholic, the closest church to where his mother and father lived (1911 census ) does not have any record of it.

There was a practice - not that common, but it did exist - for a first child to be born with the mother's family. She was originally from Dublin. Do you know where her family were in 1910?
