Looking for John Hendly (farmer) and his family. I think he had a daughter called Jane, who was born in about 1855

Looking at the 1880 marriage of a Jane Hendly d/o John a Farmer, her address seems to be the same (but a slight different spelling which is common) as that given for the Death of a John Hendley that I listed above.    See:

https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/files/civil/marriage_returns/marriages_1880/11036/8036175.pdf

Could this Jane the daughter you mentioned being born around 1855?

Regards

On the marriage cert I could not make out Jane's residence at time of marriage, I can read parish of Athy, Co Kildare but not the village name that seems to start with Th......

It reads as Thurlestown which does not exist. The correct name is Turnerstown (a townland) which is on John Hendl(e)y's death record. Died aged 93 yrs so born c1800.

The connection was regarding the families of Thomas Justin, son of Richard and Jane Hendly, daughter of John Hendly. Thomas Justin is an ancestor of my Matthews Irish ancestors, in County Offaly and Laois.

Hi
There are also 3 sons of John Hendley
Thomas Hendley 1846-1930 married first 24.11.1876 Catherine Jones and 2nd Sophia Condell 28.12.1881 same address.
They are on 1911 cnesus
James married 19.1.1882 Sarah Isaac Condell
And then John informant on John seniors death cert.
I can't see them on Tithe maps or Griffiths valuation.
