Francis Dillon WILLIAMS of Liverpool

Good day all,
I've got a Francis Dillon WILLIAMS born 17 March 1875 in Liverpool.
He died in 1931 in Cape Town, South Africa (I have all the South African records for him).
He served in WWI in the Merchant Navy, and later worked as a fireman on ships and fishing trawlers (I have various Merchant Navy and shipping records for him).
He was already in South Africa in early 1909 when he was married in Cape Town (I have the marriage record).
I'm looking for his christening in Liverpool and his parents' names.

This might be them in the 1891 England Census:
In the 1891 England Census, living at 2 Park Street, Toxteth Park, Lancashire, are
the following people:
John WILLIAMS, age 48, born ca 1843 in Liverpool. Head. Occupation: Mariner
Eliza WILLIAMS, age 48, born ca 1843 in Liverpool, Wife.
Francis WILLIAMS, age 16, born ca 1875 in Liverpool. Son. Labourer.
Mary CUNNINGHAM, age 80, born ca 1811 in Ireland. Mother of John.
This same family is not found in the 1881 Census, and I haven't found them prior or after 1891.

Does anyone recognise this family?

John Williams, mariner aged 37, born Denmark
Elizabeth Williams aged 34 born Liverpool,
Thomas P aged 6 born Liverpool
Mary Cunningham aged 61 born Ireland ,mother
same address as you have Francis in 1891

I wonder if there was a mistake when registering his birth, Francis Patrick Williams mothers maiden name Cunningham, J 1875 West Derby Toxteth Park registration
