There's a Jane Ann Charlton born 1871 who dies in 1904 Tynemouth district Northumberland age 33 but no knowing if that was her

June 1904 Tynemouth 10b 182
Charlton, Jane Ann
Age 33

*I've had to give up trying to get quite all of this from free resources, have most of it
Newcastle Evening Chronicle, 5 May 1904
CHARLTON —11, Beechard Street, Cowpen New Town, Blyth, aged 33 years, Jane Ann, beloved wife of William Charlton. Interment on Sunday, Cowpen Cemetery; lift at 3.... Friends please accept this the only intimation.

Also an announcement in the Newcastle Chronicle, 7th May.
Possibly died on the 4th inst?

*Turns out a little part of it is missing on the scan, so I have been a bit cheeky there, infilling one or two bits!

Ah that is brilliant, thank you!  ;D How sad she died so young, though.

Now that means the Tait/Rutter theory can be dismissed because she died before 1911.

I didn’t think she’d married under Tait either especially with John Henry being with her as a Charlton in 1901.

I am curious about her mother Ann Elizabeth’s circumstances since she seems to be single by 1881. But her marrying as Thompson to William Tait would imply a previous relationship. I can’t find anything else about Enoch Thompson apart from the marriage registration.
