What does the 1887 Newspaper report say about Matilda?

She's taking on the licence from her recently deceased husband

On the 1871 census the mother plus her husband William with 2 of her daughters, Minnie and Selina are living at 13 Castle Square.
I do not have access to the newspapers.

Yes that’s what I posted earlier. I thought Helena had seen a reference to the daughter too in 1887.
