Can someone help me with old script latin?

Can someone help me with this old script Latin (I think).  These are notes written on the side of a baptismal entry.  I think it's marriage information but I'm not sure.  Thanks for any help you can give.

Germany, Sinzig I believe.  How about that last date, 20 May(?) 1919.  Could that be a death date?

20 May 1919 is, as far as I can see, the date these notes were added. No sign of the word obiit (=passed away).
