McKenzie's from Carlisle, Cumberland; originated where?

Hi all:
I have traced my McKenzie line back to approximately 1760 in the Carlisle, Cumberland, ENG area.
I believe they originated in nearby Scotland but I don't have any documentation of such.
Does anyone have McKenzie's who settled in Carlisle with documentation of birth in Scotland?

The farthest back I have is:
-John McKenzie; b. 1791, Carlisle, Cumberland; m. Elizabeth Hodgson, 4th gr grandparents:
-John McKenzie, b. 1814, Carlisle; m. Elizabeth Smith, 3rd gr grandparents;
-Elizabeth McKenzie; b. 1837; Carlisle; m. John Keenan, 2nd gr grandparents;
her siblings were all born in Carlisle, brother William b. 1872 had a son John McKenzie b. 1895, Carlisle; brother James b. 1901 had a son, Donald b, 1937 living in Carlisle. This is the last McKenzie male that I have.

I note the 1871 census for John & Elizabeth and trees on Ancestry (My membership has lapsed) do you have his birth/baptism or marriage details, below is the only one I can see in Cumberland.

Where and when do you have the baptism for John bn 1814

In 1871 Elizabeth and John Keenan are in Greengill, Cockermouth with 5 children including Susanna 9 and  Felix 7.

Hi Chuck,
I have found the marriage but no record for John, they are both on the 1861 & 1871 census but not 1841/1851 that I can see?

John McKenzie, Marriage  23 June 1817 
Carlisle St Mary, Cumberland, Spouse Elizabeth Hodgson

Looks likely that their children were all baptised Carlisle 18 September 1831?

William, Charles, John (Not necessarily in that order)
