He married Sarah Askew 30 May 1824 at Bilton Warwickshire.
30th May was the third reading of the Banns, not marriage date. If you have found the banns image on Ancestry, it will have drop down at the top left corner giving date ranges. The banns were read in 1824, but in the marriage and banns book for 1825 - 1849. If you go to that drop down and select the 1800 - 1824 date range, the first part of the book will have marriage records and the second half banns records.
Looking at marriages in 1824, they go straight from William Masters 22 March 1824 to William Perkins 29 November 1824. The record numbers and pages are consecutive. The next marriage is 14 April 1825. So it looks like they didn't get married immediately following the May 1824 banns.
Either they didn't marry at all due to some impediment or married elsewhere later in which case there should be a second set of banns or a licence
