I wonder if Fife might be correct even though all his sibling all have RC baptisms at Southwark RC Cathedral OR Hanwell RC church.

Conchan is a older spelling of Onchan!
But same place.

Found him on 1921 in Islington. Ancestry have him as Fred Ethel Anstroths, but by his age, pob [Fife] and occupation (once you read the image) fairly sure it's him!

Died in 1943?

An F Anstruther (an unusual name on Island) is noted as a mourner at the funeral ( 28 May 1908) of Thomas Weston who was landlord of the Talbot Hotel in Athol Street - maybe this was his watering hole - might also be worth do a search of newspapers in case he had other social links
