How many pounds?
« on: Monday 04 August 25 11:29 BST (UK) »
Hello all,

I think this extract says:

"That is to say, 4 pounds of the issues and profits ..."

Can anyone confirm that it does indeed say 4 pounds or does or "o" before the "iiij" also mean something.

thanks,

Richard

Yes, it says 4 pounds. The preceding mark is just a lead-in line, showing that a numeral follows.
