Just found this in my Kindle recommendations on Amazon for £0!
Not sure if it's already been posted.

You are just unfortunate KG, my family name has a full column of information.  I also found it available to view without downloading on the link you have given.

Its a beast of a book and far easier to search and read on a PC type screen rather than a phone
